Released and in use by chapters today, with no platform fee. A few (budgeting, fundraising, accounting sync) are switched on per organization during rollout — ask and we enable them.

Which Dueflow features are live today?

Live in production today: dues collection with ACH, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna; payment plans and bulk or partial payments; automated reminders; dashboard and analytics; budgeting with bank sync; reimbursements; a member portal; a chapter store and marketplace; fundraising; chapter management for nationals; QuickBooks accounting sync; and an AI finance assistant.

Which Dueflow features are coming soon rather than live?

Three capabilities are announced but not yet generally available: virtual credit cards for officer spending, Form 990 filing help, and debt collections escalation. Their pages are labelled Coming Soon, and chapters can join the early-access list.

Does Dueflow support payment plans for dues?

Yes, payment plans are live. Treasurers can enable installment schedules and accept partial payments on any dues charge, and members can split a balance without treasurer spreadsheet work.

Does Dueflow integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes, QuickBooks accounting sync is live. Dueflow syncs dues income, fees, and payouts to QuickBooks Online so a chapter or house corporation books stay reconciled.

Does Dueflow issue virtual credit cards?

Not yet. Virtual credit cards for officer spending are coming soon — the page is labelled Coming Soon and chapters can join the early-access list, but cards are not generally available today.

How much does Dueflow cost for a chapter?

Dueflow charges chapters no platform fee. Standard payment processing applies to transactions, and the platform itself is free for chapters of any size.
