What does fundraising cost our chapter?

Nothing. Like the rest of Dueflow, there are no platform or monthly fees. Donors cover a small processing fee at checkout by default, so the gift amount is what reaches your account.

Do donors need an account to give?

No. They open your giving page, choose an amount, and pay by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. A receipt is emailed to them automatically.

Can donors give monthly instead of once?

Yes. Any gift can be made recurring at checkout. Each monthly renewal is recorded as its own gift, so campaign totals, leaderboards, and lifetime giving all stay accurate.

Can we bring our existing alumni list over?

Yes. Upload your donor spreadsheet and, separately, your history of past gifts. Dueflow's AI parser maps the columns for you, so lifetime giving is correct from the first day.

Can nationals see which chapter a gift came from?

Yes. Donors can attribute a gift to a specific chapter, and a chapter leaderboard ranks them against each other — which is usually the point.

What if a donor doesn't want their name public?

They can give anonymously, which hides them from public feeds and leaderboards while still crediting them internally. You can also set a campaign's donor leaderboard to show ranks without amounts, or hide it entirely.

How do we turn fundraising on?

Fundraising is enabled per organization. Get in contact and we'll switch it on for your chapter or nationals — the payment setup you already use for dues carries over.

Your giving page lives at your own address — yourchapter.give.dueflow.co — with your logo and chapter color, so alumni recognize it before they read a word. It lists your active campaigns with their progress, recent gifts as they come in, and the leaderboards you choose to show. Donors pick an amount (or one of your suggested amounts), give by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna, and get a receipt by email. There is no account to create and nothing to download.

Small choices matter for how much you raise, so they're all built in: donors can cover the processing fee (most do, and it's on by default), give anonymously so their name stays off public feeds while you still get the credit internally, attribute their gift to a specific chapter, or turn a one-time gift into a monthly one.

Every gift is attached to a donor record, so the chapter builds an asset instead of a pile of transactions. You can see lifetime giving for anyone who has ever donated, sort donors into groups, tie them to a chapter, and leave notes for whoever holds the role next year.
