Alumni giving gets rebuilt from scratch every year

Most chapters fundraise out of a GoFundMe link, a Venmo handle, and a spreadsheet an alumnus made four exec boards ago. Nobody knows who gave last year, who has never been asked, or who stopped giving. Crowdfunding sites take a cut and keep the donor list, and when the philanthropy chair graduates, the relationships graduate with them.

A giving page, a donor list, and the follow-up in one place

Turn on Fundraising and your chapter gets its own branded giving page, campaigns with goals and deadlines, and a donor record that keeps every gift, group, and note. Donations settle into the same dashboard as dues, so the treasurer sees one number for what the chapter actually raised.

Your own branded giving page

A public page at yourchapter.give.dueflow.co with your logo and colors. Donors give by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna — no account, no app.

Campaigns with real goals

Set a goal, a deadline, a story, and suggested gift amounts. A live progress bar and countdown do the persuading for you.

Recurring monthly giving

Donors can make any gift monthly. Every renewal is recorded automatically and rolls into campaign totals and lifetime giving.

A donor CRM that survives turnover

Donors, groups, chapters, lifetime giving, and notes stay with the organization — not in a graduating senior's spreadsheet.

Segmented outreach

Email everyone, a group, a chapter, or only lapsed donors — from your own giving address, with unsubscribes handled for you.

Leaderboards that create competition

Rank chapters against each other and show top donors by amount, by rank only, or not at all — you control how public giving is.

From zero to a live campaign in an afternoon

Fundraising uses the bank account and payment setup you already have for dues, so there's nothing new to connect.

1

Brand your giving page

Add your logo and chapter color and pick the address donors will see. The page is live the moment you save it.

2

Bring your donors with you

Upload the alumni spreadsheet you already have. Dueflow's AI parser maps donors — and past gifts — so lifetime giving is right from day one.

3

Launch a campaign

Set the goal, the deadline, and the story. Suggested amounts and a live progress bar are built in.

4

Ask, then follow up

Email the segment that matters, watch gifts land in real time, and re-engage donors who have gone quiet.

A giving page, not a payment form

Your giving page lives at your own address — yourchapter.give.dueflow.co — with your logo and chapter color, so alumni recognize it before they read a word. It lists your active campaigns with their progress, recent gifts as they come in, and the leaderboards you choose to show. Donors pick an amount (or one of your suggested amounts), give by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna, and get a receipt by email. There is no account to create and nothing to download.

Small choices matter for how much you raise, so they're all built in: donors can cover the processing fee (most do, and it's on by default), give anonymously so their name stays off public feeds while you still get the credit internally, attribute their gift to a specific chapter, or turn a one-time gift into a monthly one.

  • Branded vanity URL, logo & color
  • Card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Klarna
  • One-time or recurring monthly gifts
  • Donor-covered fees, on by default
  • Anonymous giving with internal attribution
  • Per-chapter attribution for nationals

Donor history that outlives your exec board

Every gift is attached to a donor record, so the chapter builds an asset instead of a pile of transactions. You can see lifetime giving for anyone who has ever donated, sort donors into groups, tie them to a chapter, and leave notes for whoever holds the role next year. Import the spreadsheet you inherited and Dueflow's AI parser will read both the donor list and the historical gifts, so the record starts complete rather than empty.

The system also tells you who to call. Donors who haven't given inside the window you set — twelve months by default — surface as lapsed, ready to re-engage, and active recurring donors roll up into a monthly recurring total so you know what the chapter can count on before anyone asks.

Ask the right people, from an address they trust

Outreach is segmented, so nobody gets an email that isn't about them: send to every donor, a specific group, one chapter, or only the lapsed. Attach a campaign and the email carries a button straight to that campaign's page, with a suggested amount already filled in.

Mail goes out from your own address on Dueflow's verified giving domain — philanthropy@giving.dueflow.co, for example — and replies land in a real inbox instead of a no-reply void. Unsubscribes and bounces suppress that donor automatically, so your list stays deliverable and your chapter stays compliant.

  • Segment by group, chapter, or lapsed status
  • One-click campaign call-to-action
  • Send from your own giving address
  • Replies go to a real inbox
  • Automatic unsubscribe & bounce suppression
