Every chapter's money, on one screen
Headquarters sees what each chapter has collected, what's still outstanding, and who to call about it — without asking 40 treasurers for a spreadsheet.
Nationals find out about a problem chapter a semester late
Headquarters usually learns how a chapter is doing when the report is due — a spreadsheet emailed by a 20-year-old treasurer who inherited the books three weeks ago. By the time a collection problem shows up in that file, the semester is over, the money is a year old, and the officers who let it slide have graduated. Meanwhile, every chapter runs a different tool, so nothing rolls up and nothing is comparable.
One roof over every chapter, with the detail still intact
Chapters run their own books in Dueflow, and headquarters gets a live view across all of them: collected, outstanding, member counts, and payment rate per chapter. Open any chapter to see its roster and every payment behind the number, bill it directly for national dues, or email its treasurer — all without logging in as them.
A live card for every chapter
Collected, outstanding, member count, and payment rate for each chapter, color-coded so the ones that need attention surface first.
Rollups that actually add up
Organization-wide totals, average payment rate, and outstanding history over time — including multi-currency chapters, kept separate rather than mashed together.
Drill into any chapter
Open a chapter for its roster, its payments, and its per-member status. Export the roster when someone upstream asks for a file.
Bill chapters directly
Invoice a chapter for national dues, insurance, or per-member assessments the same way chapters bill members — with the same reminders behind it.
Reach the right treasurer
Email a chapter's treasurer from the chapter card, and let automated reminders handle the follow-up on anything the chapter owes.
Invite chapters, archive the rest
Send a chapter an invitation and it onboards itself. Archive a closed or suspended chapter to take it out of your totals without losing its history.
How headquarters gets set up
Nothing changes about how a chapter runs day to day — the rollup is a byproduct of chapters using Dueflow.
Invite your chapters
Send an invitation to each chapter's treasurer. They create the chapter, connect its own bank account, and keep control of their own money.
Watch the rollup fill in
As chapters collect dues, their totals and payment rates appear on your dashboard automatically — no reporting deadline required.
Bill what nationals are owed
Create a payment against a chapter for national dues or assessments and let reminders do the chasing.
Step in where it matters
Sort by payment rate, open the chapters that are behind, and email the treasurer while the balance is still collectible.
Oversight without taking the checkbook
Chapters stay financially independent in Dueflow: each one connects its own bank account, sets its own dues, and keeps its own money. Headquarters gets visibility, not custody — the numbers roll up while the funds stay where they belong. That distinction matters for both risk and adoption, because a chapter treasurer will happily let you see a dashboard and will fight you over the bank account.
Access follows the same principle. Nationals see chapter totals, rosters, and payments through the chapters view; they don't operate a chapter's account, and every chapter keeps its own officers and permissions.
- Chapters own their bank accounts and payouts
- Headquarters sees totals, rosters, and payments
- Per-chapter officers and permissions stay intact
- Archive chapters without deleting their history
The numbers behind the number
Every rollup opens into its parts. A chapter card shows collected versus outstanding and the percentage paid; the chapter page shows the payments that produced it and which members are behind. Outstanding history is tracked over time, so you can see whether a chapter is trending toward a problem instead of discovering it at the end of the term.
Chapters collecting in different currencies are kept apart rather than converted into a fake single total, and payment rates account for partial payments and deadline-based pricing — so a chapter that's halfway through a payment plan reads as halfway, not unpaid.
Billing chapters is just a payment
National dues, insurance, and per-member assessments are created as payments against a chapter instead of a member. The chapter sees what it owes, pays by ACH or card, and the balance clears — with the same reminder schedule, partial payments, and receipts the rest of the platform uses.
Because chapter billing is a first-class income category, it also flows through reporting and accounting sync as its own line rather than being lumped in with dues.
