What is the difference between Dueflow and TidyHQ?
TidyHQ is general membership software for clubs, associations, and federations – not Greek-specific – with a free Starter plan, a Pro plan at $690 a year, and a service fee of 3% + 20¢ (Starter) or 1% + 20¢ (Pro) on top of Stripe processing. Dueflow charges chapters no platform or per-member fee – a 100-member chapter pays $0 a year and members cover processing when they pay. Dueflow is built for chapters and nationals specifically, with payment plans, reimbursements, a store, and Form 990 filing that a general club tool does not include.

$1,190 a year on Pro, before Stripe.
TidyHQ Pro is $690 a year, and TidyHQ adds a 1% + 20¢ service fee on every payment – about $500 on $50,000 in dues – on top of Stripe processing. On Starter the subscription is free but the service fee is 3% + 20¢, about $1,500 on the same dues. Dueflow charges chapters $0 and takes no percentage.

Time managing dues
*TidyHQ Pro at $690 USD/year + 1% service fee on $50,000 in dues ($500) = $1,190, from tidyhq.com/pricing (checked September 2026); the 20¢ per-transaction component and Stripe processing are excluded. TidyHQ Starter is $0/year with a 3% + 20¢ service fee (≈ $1,500 on the same dues). Hours are estimates: TidyHQ is a general tool configured for your club; most Dueflow chapters send their first dues request within 5 minutes of signing up.
When to choose Dueflow, and when TidyHQ may fit.
We're biased, so here is the honest split.
Choose Dueflow if you are a fraternity or sorority chapter
TidyHQ is configured for any club. Dueflow's roster, dues by semester, payment plans, parent payers, chapter budgets, and free nationals dashboard exist because Greek-life chapters work that way, and the chapter pays $0 with no percentage of dues.
Choose Dueflow if you want the whole money stack
TidyHQ covers invoicing and payments in. Dueflow covers dues in, reimbursements out, budgets, bank sync, QuickBooks, a store, fundraising, Form 990 filing, and an AI assistant, so the next treasurer inherits one set of books.
TidyHQ may fit if you are a club, association, or federation
TidyHQ bundles meetings and minutes, tasks, a website builder, a shop, and TidyConnect for federations, and serves sports clubs, associations, and non-profits. If you are not a Greek-life chapter and want general club administration in one tool, evaluate it. Dueflow focuses on chapter finance and nationals oversight at $0.
A whole team in your corner
When you need a hand – a question at 11pm, a fix before dues go out – you get real people who answer fast. Support, engineers, and operators who actually build for you, not a ticket queue.

Every chapter finance job in one login.
TidyHQ covers memberships, events, invoicing, meetings, tasks, a shop, and a website for any club. Dueflow covers a chapter's money end to end: dues by semester, payment plans, reimbursements, budgets, bank sync, store, fundraising, accounting sync, and tax filing.
Built for chapters
Dues by semester, payment plans, parent payers.
TidyHQ bills memberships and invoices for any organization. Dueflow bills chapter dues the way chapters work: by semester, with payment plans, partial payments, parent payers, and email and SMS reminders that stop when the member pays.
Money in and money out
Reimbursements and budgets in the same books.
TidyHQ's finance module covers invoicing and payments in. Dueflow also handles the spend side: members upload receipts, officers approve, payouts go out automatically with an audit trail, and every transaction lands in a budget bucket.
Zero platform share
No percentage of your dues.
TidyHQ adds 1–3% + 20¢ on every payment on top of Stripe. Dueflow charges the chapter $0 and the member a flat processing fee by dues size ($2, $10, or $15 by ACH), published per method, with nationals oversight included at $0.
Dueflow vs TidyHQ: common questions
How we made this comparison
Dueflow wrote this page, so read it as a vendor comparison. Here is exactly what we compared, where the numbers came from, and when we last checked them – verified September 19, 2026.
What we compared
- A 100-member chapter over a full academic year (two semesters), the size we see most often.
- Platform and per-member fees only. Payment processing fees are listed separately because on Dueflow the member covers them, so the chapter's platform cost is $0.
- Published list pricing where the competitor publishes it. Where it does not, the figure is an estimate and we say so on this page.
How we priced TidyHQ
TidyHQ publishes a free Starter plan, a Pro plan at $690 USD a year (about $58 a month), and custom Enterprise pricing. Every plan also carries a TidyHQ service fee on payments – 3% + 20¢ on Starter, 1% + 20¢ on Pro – on top of Stripe processing. This page uses the Pro plan for a 100-member chapter plus the 1% service fee on $50,000 in dues ($500), which is $1,190 a year before Stripe processing.
