What is the difference between Dueflow and Greekstack?
Greekstack is a branded chapter-website platform (recruitment pipeline, dues, treasury, events, elections, alumni) priced at $1,000 a year or $25 a week after a free first month, or a $25 dues-share site, and every plan takes 5% of everything the chapter collects. A chapter collecting $50,000 in dues pays Greekstack $2,500 in platform share alone. Dueflow charges chapters no platform or per-member fee – a 100-member chapter pays $0 a year and members cover processing when they pay.

$3,500 a year: a subscription plus a 5% cut of your dues.
Greekstack's pricing page lists $1,000 a year or $25 a week, plus a 5% platform share of everything the chapter collects. On $50,000 in dues that is $2,500 in share and $3,500 all in. Dueflow charges chapters $0 and takes no percentage; members pay a flat processing fee only when they pay.
Annual platform cost
Time managing dues
*$1,000/year annual plan + 5% of $50,000 in dues = $3,500, from greekstack.app/pricing (checked September 2026). Greekstack states its 5% share includes Stripe processing; Dueflow's member processing fee is flat per payment and paid by the member. Hours are estimates: Greekstack sets up a branded site; most Dueflow chapters send their first dues request within 5 minutes of signing up.
When to choose Dueflow, and when Greekstack may fit.
We're biased, so here is the honest split.
Choose Dueflow if you want to keep every dollar you bill
A 5% share on $50,000 in dues is $2,500 a year before the subscription. Dueflow charges chapters and nationals $0 and takes no percentage; the member pays a flat processing fee only when they pay.
Choose Dueflow if you want the whole money stack
Greekstack's treasury covers dues in. Dueflow covers dues in, reimbursements out, budgets, bank sync, QuickBooks, a store, fundraising, Form 990 filing, and an AI assistant, so the next treasurer inherits one set of books.
Greekstack may fit if you want a branded chapter website with rush built in
Greekstack's product is a public chapter site with a recruitment pipeline, elections, and alumni giving alongside dues. If a branded website is the priority and the chapter accepts a 5% share of collections plus a subscription, evaluate it. Dueflow focuses on chapter finance and nationals oversight at $0.
A whole team in your corner
When you need a hand – a question at 11pm, a fix before dues go out – you get real people who answer fast. Support, engineers, and operators who actually build for you, not a ticket queue.

Every chapter finance job in one login.
Greekstack covers a branded site with recruitment, dues, treasury, events, elections, and alumni. Dueflow covers the money side end to end: dues, payment plans, reimbursements, budgets, bank sync, store, fundraising, accounting sync, and tax filing, with no percentage cut.
Zero platform share
Keep the 5%.
Greekstack takes 5% of dues, ticket sales, and alumni giving on every plan. Dueflow takes $0 from the chapter: members pay a flat processing fee by dues size ($2, $10, or $15 by ACH) and the chapter keeps every dollar it bills.
Money in and money out
Dues, reimbursements, and budgets in the same books.
Greekstack's treasury covers collecting dues and tracking balances. Dueflow also handles the spend side: members upload receipts, officers approve, payouts go out automatically with an audit trail, and every transaction lands in a budget bucket.
HQ oversight
Nationals oversight at $0.
Greekstack is a single-chapter website product. Dueflow's free nationals dashboard shows per-chapter collected, outstanding, and overdue, so HQ can see the whole organization without a per-chapter subscription.
Dueflow vs Greekstack: common questions
How we made this comparison
Dueflow wrote this page, so read it as a vendor comparison. Here is exactly what we compared, where the numbers came from, and when we last checked them – verified September 19, 2026.
What we compared
- A 100-member chapter over a full academic year (two semesters), the size we see most often.
- Platform and per-member fees only. Payment processing fees are listed separately because on Dueflow the member covers them, so the chapter's platform cost is $0.
- Published list pricing where the competitor publishes it. Where it does not, the figure is an estimate and we say so on this page.
How we priced Greekstack
Greekstack publishes three plans: $1,000 a year or $25 a week after a free first month, or a $25 one-time dues-share site. Every plan also takes 5% of everything collected through the platform, with Stripe processing inside that 5%. This page uses the $1,000 annual plan plus 5% of $50,000 in dues ($2,500) for the 100-member chapter, which is $3,500 a year.
