What is the difference between Dueflow and ChapterHub?
ChapterHub is a beta fraternity and sorority membership-management site (dues, roster, recruitment, branded chapter page) that is free during beta and plans to charge a per-transaction fee on dues, with the rate still listed as a placeholder. Dueflow charges chapters no platform or per-member fee – a 100-member chapter pays $0 a year and members cover processing when they pay. Dueflow's fee schedule is published, and it adds reimbursements, budgeting, a store, QuickBooks sync, AI, and a nationals dashboard.
Chapters and nationals running on Dueflow.
Free in beta is not the same as a published price.
ChapterHub's pricing page shows $0 a month, 'Free during beta', and a planned 2.9% + 30¢ per-transaction fee on dues labeled as a placeholder with the final rate to be confirmed before launch. Dueflow's price is on its pricing page: chapters and nationals pay $0, and members pay a flat processing fee only when they pay.
Annual platform cost
Time managing dues
*ChapterHub is free during beta (chapterhub.app/pricing, checked September 2026) and lists a placeholder 2.9% + 30¢ per-transaction fee on dues with the final rate marked TBD, so we show $0 in platform cost for ChapterHub and make no dollar savings claim. Hours are estimates: both platforms are self-serve; ChapterHub's dues, roster, and recruitment features are in beta.
When to choose Dueflow, and when ChapterHub may fit.
We're biased, so here is the honest split.
Choose Dueflow if you need the fee schedule before you move the roster
ChapterHub's dues fee will be set after beta. Dueflow's is published now: $0 to the chapter, a flat processing fee to the member, no contract, and it will not change under you after you have moved members over.
Choose Dueflow if you want the whole money stack
ChapterHub covers dues in and a roster. Dueflow covers dues in, reimbursements out, budgets, bank sync, QuickBooks, a store, fundraising, Form 990 filing, and an AI assistant, so the next treasurer inherits one set of books.
ChapterHub may fit if you want a free beta and a public chapter page
ChapterHub bundles a branded public chapter page and recruitment tools with its dues module and is free while in beta. If your chapter wants to try an early product and is comfortable with the dues fee being finalized later, evaluate it. Dueflow focuses on chapter finance and nationals oversight at a published $0.
A whole team in your corner
When you need a hand – a question at 11pm, a fix before dues go out – you get real people who answer fast. Support, engineers, and operators who actually build for you, not a ticket queue.

Every chapter finance job in one login.
ChapterHub covers dues, roster, recruitment, and a branded chapter page. Dueflow covers the money side end to end: dues, payment plans, reimbursements, budgets, bank sync, store, fundraising, accounting sync, and tax filing.
Money in and money out
Dues, reimbursements, and budgets in the same books.
ChapterHub's beta covers collecting dues and keeping a roster. Dueflow also handles the spend side: members upload receipts, officers approve, payouts go out automatically with an audit trail, and every transaction lands in a budget bucket.
Payment methods
ACH, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, partial payments.
ChapterHub lists online dues payments with a planned per-transaction fee. Dueflow collects by ACH, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna buy-now-pay-later, with partial payments, payment plans, and parent payers, and publishes the processing fee per method today.
Published pricing
A fee schedule you can put in the budget.
ChapterHub's post-beta dues fee is not final. Dueflow's is: $0 to the chapter, and a flat $2/$10/$15 ACH fee to the member by dues size, published on /pricing, with QuickBooks sync, Form 990 filing, and a free nationals dashboard included.
Dueflow vs ChapterHub: common questions
How we made this comparison
Dueflow wrote this page, so read it as a vendor comparison. Here is exactly what we compared, where the numbers came from, and when we last checked them – verified September 19, 2026.
What we compared
- A 100-member chapter over a full academic year (two semesters), the size we see most often.
- Platform and per-member fees only. Payment processing fees are listed separately because on Dueflow the member covers them, so the chapter's platform cost is $0.
- Published list pricing where the competitor publishes it. Where it does not, the figure is an estimate and we say so on this page.
How we priced ChapterHub
ChapterHub is free during its beta and lists a planned per-transaction fee on dues of 2.9% + 30¢, which its pricing page labels a placeholder with the final rate to be confirmed before launch. Because the post-beta rate is not final, this page shows $0 in platform cost for ChapterHub and compares scope and maturity instead.
Sources
- ChapterHub homepage – Advertised scope (dues collection, member management, recruitment, branded chapter page, alumni) and 'Now in beta' status.
- ChapterHub – Pricing – '$0 / month' platform, 'Free during beta', and the placeholder 2.9% + 30¢ per-transaction fee on dues with the final rate marked TBD.
