Collection Rate

The share of billed dues that a chapter has actually collected.

Collection rate is the percentage of total dues owed that members have paid (collected ÷ billed). It is the single clearest measure of a treasurer's effectiveness and the chapter's financial health. Automated reminders and payment plans are the most reliable ways to push the collection rate higher.
