GreekFlow's website is offline. As of September 30, 2026, greekflow.com and www.greekflow.com return an HTTP 402 "Payment required – DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED" error from the hosting provider, and app.greekflow.com returns a 404. We could not find a public shutdown announcement from the company, and its LinkedIn page lists one employee. If your chapter used GreekFlow or was evaluating it, here is what is known, how to check on your data and payments, and what to look for in a replacement.
What was GreekFlow?
GreekFlow (GreekFlow LLC, greekflow.com) was a chapter-management app for fraternities and sororities that opened a public beta on February 11, 2025. Its site described one app for rosters, dues collection advertised at "0% processing fees", events, messaging, and recruitment tools such as QR-code PNM profiles, plus a planned "GreekFlow Treasury" budgeting feature announced in its January 2025 launch post and a partner for collecting unpaid dues. GreekFlow never published pricing; the site asked visitors to book a demo. In March 2026 it was featured in the NYU Stern Berkley Center 2026 Challenge Showcase.
Did GreekFlow shut down?
GreekFlow has not published a shutdown notice that we can find, but its product is unreachable. On September 30, 2026 the marketing site returned HTTP 402 with the text "Payment required / DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED" (the error a hosting platform shows when a deployment has been disabled, typically for a lapsed account) and the app subdomain returned 404. Because the site stopped loading, Dueflow retired its Dueflow vs GreekFlow comparison page on September 28, 2026, and that address now points here. If GreekFlow comes back online or publishes a statement, we will update this post with the date and a link.
The GreekFlow timeline
- January 1, 2024 – GreekFlow LLC's terms of service take effect (greekflow.com/terms).
- January 16, 2025 – GreekFlow announces its beta launch and the planned GreekFlow Treasury feature on its blog.
- February 11, 2025 – "GreekFlow's Public Beta is Available Now" is posted on the company LinkedIn page.
- March 2026 – GreekFlow appears in the NYU Stern Berkley Center 2026 Challenge Showcase.
- September 28, 2026 – Dueflow retires its GreekFlow comparison page after greekflow.com stops loading.
- September 30, 2026 – greekflow.com returns HTTP 402 DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED; app.greekflow.com returns 404. No public announcement found.
What should my chapter do if it used GreekFlow?
Treat it like any vendor outage that may be permanent: secure your records first, then move payments. In order:
- Reach the company. Use the support address from your onboarding emails or invoices and ask for a roster and ledger export and a written statement of service status. Keep the reply for your records.
- Find where member payments settled. Dues collected through an app settle to your chapter's bank account through a payment processor. Pull bank statements for the current and prior term and mark every deposit that came from GreekFlow.
- Rebuild the ledger. Match those deposits to your roster so you know who paid, how much, and when. This is the list you need for your national organization's reporting and for the chapter's Form 990 or 990-N.
- Tell members where to pay next before the next due date. A gap between platforms is when dues drift into Venmo and GroupMe and stop being trackable.
- Choose a replacement that publishes its pricing and lets you export your data, so the next transition is a download rather than a reconstruction.
What should you look for in a GreekFlow replacement?
Look for published pricing, a clear statement of who pays processing fees, roster and ledger export, and the collection features GreekFlow advertised but never priced: payment plans, automated reminders, and a treasurer view of who still owes. If your chapter reports to a national organization, ask whether nationals can see chapter finances without paying extra. If the treasurer also handles reimbursements and a merch store, prefer a platform that covers those instead of stitching three apps together.
