Dueflow Reviews: What Fraternity and Sorority Treasurers Say (2026)

Verbatim Dueflow reviews from chapter treasurers, national staff and advisors; where Dueflow is and is not listed on G2, Capterra, AlternativeTo and SourceForge as of October 2026; and how to leave a review.

Dueflow reviews, from the people who use it: chapter treasurers, presidents, national staff and IFC advisors, quoted word for word. Dueflow is a dues collection and chapter finance platform for fraternities, sororities and student organizations; it is free for the chapter, with no platform fees or contracts, and members pay a processing fee at checkout. As of October 28, 2026, Dueflow has no G2 or Capterra profile and its AlternativeTo and SourceForge listings are still pending, so there are no third-party star ratings to point to yet. The reviews below are first-hand and attributed, and nobody was paid or offered anything to give one.

How these reviews were collected

Every quote on this page was said or written to the Dueflow team by a treasurer, officer, advisor or national staff member during a customer call, an onboarding session or a follow-up message, and is reproduced as said. Where a person is attributed by chapter rather than by name, that is how they asked to appear. The same quotes rotate on the Dueflow home page; this page keeps all of them in one place so anyone researching Dueflow can read them together.

What treasurers, advisors and national staff say

“Using Dueflow has been leagues better than our previous financial platform, both in terms of the ease of using the software as well as the financial burden on our chapter.” — Ethan Webb, Treasurer, Chi Psi Alpha Alpha Delta Chapter
“Love it. I think it looks clean, and the dashboards for the treasurers is really smart. What you were showing me, in my mind I was like, oh, this would be gold for IFCs.” — William Foran, NIC / FFP, 17+ years in the fraternal space
“We've been looking for this exact platform for two years.” — Fletcher Soteres, Sigma Pi, Santa Clara
“Blowing comp out of the water on convenience and automation.” — JP, Phi Tau, UT Knoxville
“This is honestly exactly what we were looking for.” — Mariana Wright, VP, national sorority council
“It's been a good life since we left Greekbill.” — Sigma Nu, Stanford

What the reviews have in common

Three things come up repeatedly. First, cost relative to the previous platform: chapters that moved from a paid dues platform describe Dueflow as cheaper for the chapter because there is no platform fee. Second, the treasurer dashboard and automation, which is what advisors who have seen many chapter tools comment on. Third, switching: the Sigma Nu quote is from a chapter that left GreekBill, and most Dueflow chapters arrive from another dues platform, a spreadsheet plus Venmo, or a bank account with no roster attached.

Compare Dueflow before you decide

If you are researching Dueflow against a platform you already use, the comparison pages state each vendor's published fees with a dated source: Dueflow vs GreekBill, Dueflow vs OmegaFi, Dueflow vs BillHighway and the full list at dueflow.co/vs. Dueflow's own fees are on the pricing page, and the ranking of dues platforms, including the cases where Dueflow is not the right choice, is in the best fraternity dues software guide.

Questions people ask before they trust a review

Is Dueflow legit?

Yes. Dueflow is a US company that runs dueflow.co, and the people behind it are listed on the team page. Dues are paid through regulated payment processors into the chapter's own account, never into a student's personal Venmo or bank account, and the security page describes how payment data is handled. Chapters pay nothing to use it; the processing fee is paid by the member at checkout.

Does Dueflow have reviews on G2, Capterra or AlternativeTo?

Not yet. As of October 28, 2026, Dueflow has no G2 or Capterra profile, the AlternativeTo entry is pending and the SourceForge listing request is still in review. This page is updated when a third-party listing goes live. Until then, the only reviews are the first-hand ones above and whatever chapters say in their own communities.

How can I leave a Dueflow review?

Treasurers and advisors who use Dueflow can send a quote through the contact page and say how they want to be attributed (by name, by chapter, or anonymously). Negative feedback is welcome too and goes to the product team; it will not be edited into a positive quote.

What did these chapters use before Dueflow?

The chapters quoted here came from a paid dues platform (one names GreekBill), from spreadsheets with Venmo or Zelle, or from a chapter bank account with no member ledger. The switching guide covers how a mid-year move works and what happens to open balances.
