About the Dueflow SMS program

Dueflow sends SMS messages to organization treasurers, members, and parents/guardians who provide a mobile number, to deliver transactional information about dues and other payments collected through Dueflow. This includes invoices, balances, payment reminders, payment receipts, and payment failure notices.

How to opt in

You opt in to SMS messages from Dueflow only by affirmatively providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS in one of the following places:

  • A treasurer enters your mobile number and checks the SMS consent box when activating your Dueflow member account through the "Activate Dueflow Account" dialog.
  • You add or update your mobile number from your member profile at /member/settings and check the SMS consent box.
  • A treasurer or organization admin provides their own mobile number during Dueflow onboarding to receive operational alerts about their organization.

Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your organization's billing schedule and the reminder cadence configured by your treasurer. Most recipients receive fewer than 10 messages per month. You will only receive messages tied to outstanding payments, receipts for payments you make, and account events you trigger.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Dueflow does not charge a fee for SMS, but your mobile carrier's standard rates will apply based on your plan.

How to opt out — STOP

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Dueflow SMS message. We will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt back in. You can also opt out by removing your phone number from your member settings.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to a previous Dueflow SMS message, or re-add your phone number in member settings.

Supported carriers

Dueflow SMS works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information you provide for the SMS program — including your mobile number, opt-in status, and message history — is handled under the Dueflow Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors solely to deliver SMS (e.g., our SMS gateway provider) is excluded from this restriction.
