When I was treasurer, selling chapter merch was a nightmare. Someone would post a Google Form, we'd collect sizes in a spreadsheet, chase people for Venmo payments, and inevitably lose track of who paid and who didn't. By the time we actually ordered the sweatshirts, half the chapter had forgotten they signed up.

That's why we built Shop — a dead-simple way for chapters to sell anything, from merch to formal tickets to composite fees. No spreadsheets. No chasing payments. Just set it up, share the link, and let members buy.

What is Dueflow Shop?

Dueflow Shop is a built-in store for your chapter. Create listings for anything you're selling — sweatshirts, event tickets, parking passes, whatever — and share a purchase link with members or guests. They pick what they want, choose sizes or options, pay online, and you get the money deposited directly to your chapter's bank account.

The best part? Buyers pay the processing fee, not you. Chapters pay nothing to use Dueflow.

Key Features

Multiple Items Per Listing

Selling a merch drop? Add sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, and joggers all in one listing. Buyers can add multiple items to their cart and check out once. Each item can have its own price, inventory limit, and custom fields.

Custom Fields (Sizes, Options, Text)

Need to collect sizes? Add a dropdown. Need a phone number for pickup? Add a text field. You can add as many custom fields as you want — text, number, phone, date, or dropdown select — and mark them required or optional.

Inventory Tracking

Set a total inventory for each item and Dueflow automatically tracks how many are left. When something sells out, buyers can't order more. No more overselling and disappointing people.

Per-Person Limits

Want to make sure everyone can get a sweatshirt before someone buys five? Set a max per person. Dueflow enforces the limit at checkout.

Member or Guest Checkout

Buyers can identify as members (selecting from your roster) or check out as guests. Either way, you get their contact info and can track who bought what.

Multiple Payment Methods

Buyers can pay with credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or ACH bank transfer. The fee adjusts automatically based on the payment method — ACH is cheaper, so budget-conscious buyers can save a few bucks.

How It Works

1. Create a Listing

Go to Store in your Dueflow dashboard and click "New Listing." Give it a name (like "Spring 2026 Merch") and an optional description. Then add items — each one gets a name, price, and any custom fields you need.

2. Share the Link

Once created, you get a shareable link (like dueflow.co/shop/abc123). Post it in GroupMe, send it in an email, put it in the chapter newsletter — anyone with the link can buy.

3. Buyers Check Out

Buyers visit the link, add items to their cart, fill in custom fields like size, enter their info, and pay. It takes about 30 seconds. They get a confirmation email, you get the order.

4. Track Orders & Get Paid

Your dashboard shows all orders, who bought what, their custom field responses (sizes, etc.), and payment status. Export to CSV if you need to send a list to your vendor. Money hits your connected bank account automatically.
