About Dueflow

Dueflow is a dues collection and chapter finance platform for fraternities, sororities, and student organizations. It is free for chapters and nationals — no platform fees, no per-member charges, no contracts, and no setup fees. Members pay a small processing fee at checkout based on how they pay, and the chapter keeps 100% of its dues.

Chapters use Dueflow to collect dues online by ACH, card, Apple Pay, and Klarna buy-now-pay-later; set up payment plans and partial payments; track budgets; handle reimbursements; sell merchandise through a built-in store; and receive payouts directly to the chapter's own bank account. Nationals use it to oversee finances across all of their chapters. Dueflow replaces spreadsheets, Venmo threads, and legacy per-member-fee platforms such as Greekbill and OmegaFi.

What Dueflow does

Dueflow covers the full chapter money cycle: dues billing and collection, payment plans, late-payment tracking, reimbursements, a chapter store for merch and event sales, payouts, and financial reporting. Treasurers can also record offline payments (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle) in the dashboard at no cost, so the ledger stays complete.

How Dueflow makes money

Dueflow charges organizations nothing. Its revenue comes from the processing fee the paying member sees at checkout: from $2 for small ACH payments up to $15 + 3.3% for large card payments, and 6% for Klarna installments. ACH is the cheapest and most popular payment method. The fee is always shown before the member pays, and the chapter receives the full dues amount.

Who uses Dueflow

Fraternity and sorority chapters, national organizations overseeing hundreds of chapters, and other student organizations — from 40-member houses to large nationals. Dueflow was built by former chapter treasurers who ran finances out of spreadsheets and Venmo threads and wanted a better way.

Company

Dueflow was co-founded by Santiago Schmitt and Charlie Meyer (CTO). The team is fully remote and ships weekly, and every person on the team talks directly to treasurers. Dueflow is backed by Google for Startups and The Foundry at UVA.

Security

Payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1 certified partners; card numbers and bank credentials never touch Dueflow's servers. All traffic is encrypted with TLS, data is encrypted at rest, and collected dues settle directly to the chapter's own bank account — Dueflow never holds chapter funds.
